3. Order and Acceptance

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are agreed upon mutually before order confirmation

  • 40% to 85% advance payment is required based on order terms and payments must be made via Letter of Credit (LC) or other mutually agreed secure payment methods

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are defined in the agreement
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or external logistics issues
  • Risk transfers to buyer as per agreed Incoterms

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied
  • No responsibility for damages due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Force majeure events are not under our control

  • Buyers must ensure compliance with their respective country’s import laws and regulations
